- Creating and implementing the player experience strategy
- Responsibility on IT and R&D Quality, efficiency, and budget
- 3 years plus experience in developing and operating mission-critical high-volume web systems (e.g. 24×7 NOC/SOC teams
- Product focused with hands on past experience
- Full understanding of Mobile Environment (IOs, Android, Tablets, Native Apps)
- familiar with Web applications, end-user experience and acquisition funnel
- Experienced in managing agile R&D delivery (work planning according to targets, developers training & recruitment, design, and code reviews)
- Experience in Database (SQL) and .NET (MySQL and PHP — advantage)
- Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Fluent English-both written and verbal
