Are you a driven and passionate individual with great communication skills? If so, our client is looking for a multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Malta and strengthen the company's relationship with its ever-growing customer community in Belgium.

This is an enticing role whereby you will be responsible for the daily management of the client's French & Flemish/Dutch speaking customer-base. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

  • Aiding Dutch-speaking customers with any assistance they require, however you can be requested to help out with both French and English support;
  • Communicating with customers via online chat, email, and telephone;
  • Attentive to the expectations of our customers and ensure they are satisfied with all their interactions with the company;
  • Ensuring high-quality service for our customers, including troubleshooting and escalation of issues as per internal processes and procedures;
  • Helping to ensure that our customers bet responsibly;
  • Meeting quarterly qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Natively fluent in Dutch;
  • Business proficiency in French & English;
  • Relevant experience and/or knowledge in the betting and gaming industry is a plus;
  • Work experience in a customer service role for an online business;
  • Ability to understand and fulfil the needs of a customer;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills;
  • Team player and ability to work independently;
  • Ability to set priorities.
