Our Client is a private credit institution that operates under and applies the European Union banking regulatory framework and is licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to operate outside Malta. The company has two lines of products, card/store value and micro-lending.
 
The Team Leader is responsible for the start-up and execution of new business in Denmark. He or she will work closely with the Management team in order to build a successful brand and reach the company’s targets.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the Management team to develop new business;
  • Supporting the Development team with Danish content and translations;
  • Actively seeking new sales by executing appointed strategies and instructions;
  • Adhering to the team’s sales targets and deadlines;
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to constantly improve process efficiency and overall results;
  • Customer on-boarding and verification of documents as per the company’s policies and operational procedures;
  • Understanding thoroughly the company’s products whilst ensuring that customers are always presented accurate information;
  • Responding to any customer queries via email, SMS and phone;
  • Providing excellent customer experience;
  • Working closely with other departments, especially Payments and Collections, in order to ensure transparent and efficient interaction;
  • Ensuring adherence to the company’s Code of Ethics and related policies;
Required:
  • In possession of, at least, Higher education;
  • Solid leadership characteristics and career-focused;
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent Danish and English;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with customer database is a plus;
  • Team player with customer-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel);
  • Attention to detail, initiative and high standard of work;
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
