The Role:

In addition to your extensive client contact and daily work, you must manage ad-hoc operations as a Spanish-speaking Corporate Administrator. You must be able to prioritize what is important, have a hands-on, flexible, and autonomous work ethic, and cope with stress and deadlines in this position. Because you are in charge of the clients' day-to-day processes and requirements, you will need a helicopter view. You are proactive, aware of your abilities, have excellent communication skills, and are not hesitant to ask questions.

The key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining a well-organized work schedule and ensuring that the client portfolio is in good standing;
  • Reviewing and preparing legal agreements and resolutions on behalf of the companies, where possible;
  • Coordination of company formation, maintenance, and/or liquidation;
  • Keeping track of time spent on customer concerns and debtor management;
  • Meeting client expectations, working closely with the team of Financial Account Managers;
  • Maintaining close communication with authorities, auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, notaries, and other third parties and developing strong relationships with them;
  • Attending and participating in on-site and off-site client meetings. This may require overseas travel on occasion;
  • Keeping up with new legal and fiscal developments, predicting legislative changes, and turning them into commercial possibilities.
You will have:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years relevant professional experience in a corporate service provider setup or company law background would be regarded as an asset;
  • Experience with Maltese Corporate Law will be considered an asset;
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team;
  • Previous experience in the gaming and gaming-related industries is a plus;
  • Fluent in English (both vocally and in writing), with the ability to communicate in Spanish;
  • To be result-oriented, responsible, precise, and detail-oriented;
  • To have personal credibility, integrity, and high moral standards.
