Our team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a talented and motivated Chief Marketing Officer to help our customers make the most of our products.
 
JOB PURPOSE We are looking for an industry experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to accelerate the company's growth. Major goal will be to build and oversee cross country marketing operations of the company.
 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy for multiple geographical locations - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
  • Synchronize the Marketing strategy with the SEO, Paid Advertising and Content departments so all is aligned
  • Build and lead a team of marketing professionals based in Bulgaria and Malta
  • Set budgets, track these and measure ROI on a continuous basis
  • Ensure brand guidelines are well defined and applied across all channels
  • Be aware of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
 
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as a CMO or similar role in the iGaming Industry
  • Deep knowledge of the sports betting industry
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the iGaming industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of German or Swedish is an advantage advantage
