The Casino Manager shall report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will contribute to the maintenance and growth of the overall Casino Product of the Group. The Casino Manager will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the casino’s day-to-day operations and will drive the company’s game portfolio to deliver the greatest gaming experience to our players.

Responsibilities and duties:
The Casino Manager will have the following responsibilities and duties:
  • Own, manage and maintain the Company’s game portfolio across all brands. 
  • Execute and follow through the entire game and new provider release process, from requesting and reviewing game assets, configuring, testing and releasing games live, across all brands. 
  • Liaise with existing game providers and with new potential game suppliers on existing or new agreements, industry trends and any issues that may arise. 
  • Define top-line casino marketing strategy in relation to  game positioning  and visibility based on individual market performance and preference and game categorisation. 
  • Be up to date with regulatory requirements on games and any game feature restrictions.
  • Assist and follow up with Customer Care, Technical and Compliance team on any game related queries, quality assurance testing or any other issues that might arise. 
  • Propose and assist with engaging and innovative campaigns by providing information on popular games, features and availability to the CRM team. 
  • Liaise with platform providers on game releases and any back office related issues. 
  • Execute any other ad hoc Casino related tasks to ensure the best gaming experience for our players. 
  • Keep up to date with industry news, attend supplier events when required.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
  •   2+ years of experience in the Casino industry as Casino Manager / Coordinator. 
  •   Experience and knowledge on industry trends and game features. 
  •  Excellent organisational skills and communication skills. 
  •  Attention to detail. 
  •  Meticulous, takes initiative and possesses good analytical skills.
  •  Willing to learn and possesses a can-do attitude
  •  Positive  team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
  •  Must be fluent in English.
