An online lead generation company operating in various industries, mainly focusing on lead generation for the iGaming industry.

Our client is searching for a driven Affiliate Coordinator to execute the commercial strategy across many sectors and markets. This candidate should have prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the iGaming industry. Working experience with lead generation or affiliate marketing organisations is a plus.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Creating, managing and updating affiliate accounts in the relevant tools and systems;
  • Assist new clients by email and Skype as the first point of contact;
  • Coordinate commercial inquiries among members of the sales team;
  • Handle client and sales team content orders;
  • Working with the product and content teams to keep our affiliate websites and channels up to current on the latest rankings, content, and offers for casino/sports events and agreements;
  • Ascertain that rankings are updated and synchronized across all websites in accordance with the client's performance and commercial agreements;
  • Identify and onboard new partners, and negotiate listing costs when possible;
  • When working with new clients or entering new markets and verticals, perform outreach and business development responsibilities;
  • Support the sales team by negotiating Fixed Fee, CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue models as needed. To secure a strong ROI for the firm, share arrangements with casino, sports, and esports businesses;
  • Continuously seek out new projects and ideas to help the company produce more income and/or improve operational operations;
  • Internal and external stakeholders should be informed about the progress of monthly/quarterly projects, and account status reports should be prepared;
  • Support and own ad hoc projects as well as projects that support the company's commercial goal;
  • With operational demands, assist the sales team.
Your Profile:
  • Experience in a similar administrative, assistant, coordinator or executive role is a plus;
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (casino and/or sports betting);
  • Knowledge of several business models: CPA/Hybrid/Revenue Share/CPC is considered an asset;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Well-organised and capable of working under stress;
  • Strong command of the English language (knowledge of any other European language would be an additional asset);
  • Highly proficient in working with MS Office and Google Suite programs.
