Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to establish strategic strategies for crew contracts, country-specific employment and contracting models, optimise HR processes, and provide crew resource, payroll, and cost knowledge.

This role necessitates a person who is active, focused, and results-oriented. This position would be ideal for a self-motivated individual who wants to advance their career in a fast-paced industry.

Daily Responsibilities:  
  • Conduct research and develop general and regional contract models that strike a balance between cost, compliance, risk, and rewards;
  • Within the crew supply sector, developing and sustaining connections with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers, and customers;
  • Developing standard contracts that the company can utilise with internal and external partners;
  • Predicting and recommending the best ways to use specific groups of crews based on their contract model;
    Oversight of the day-to-day HR administration of worldwide crews, including employee and contractor relations, payroll, legal issues, and the processing of HR regulatory documents;
  • Maintaining oversight of ongoing disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Reporting to upper management;
  • Close collaboration with the Legal Department to discover the best; solutions to foreign taxes issues.
What do you have to offer?
  • You have work experience in the Legal and/or Accounting sectors in an international environment;
  • You are knowledgeable in Financial matters;
  • Your top skills are excellent analytical skills;
  • You're no stranger to being able to communicate effectively;
  • You can communicate in English (both verbally and in writing);
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, or Law.
