Knowledge and skills 
  • The successful candidate will be  numerate literate with good accuracy
  • Educated to A level, with passes in O’Level English and Mathematics
  • Familiar with QROPS with a financial service background
  • Experience in an office environment with a great attention to detail and an ability to work to strict deadlines 

Responsibilities and duties 
  • Establish administration procedure and maintain office administration with the team leader 
  • Liaising with clients over phone and email 
  • Deal with client transaction 
  • Processing application changes 
  • Provide general administration assistance to the team
