Malta office of international private credit institution seeks Operations officer to be part of the Bank Cards Operation team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily operations including card loading and settlements ,monitoring pre- defined fraud patterns and reacting accordingly, handling chargeback requests, onboarding of customers, assisting in the maintenance of operational procedures and providing support to customers 

The skills required for this role include:

• Diploma and /or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Management or equivalent
• Excellent command of English language
• An excellent eye for detail and high work standard
• The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
