You will play an important role in assuring that the Group's Technologies obtain licenses in key regulatory areas and maintain compliance with licensing, gaming, and technological standards.

  • Ensure that the Group's Technologies maintain their present licenses in Malta by adhering to all responsibilities imposed on them under such licenses;
  • Manage day-to-day compliance under such agreements by performing mandatory compliance activities and handling all ad-hoc requests and interactions with regulatory agencies;
  • Monitor regulatory developments in the Group's Technologies' prospective/targeted jurisdictions, and review and report all important regulatory changes, as well as potential regulatory changes, to the rest of the organisation;
  • Supply the technical team with daily assistance and gaming conformity guidance;
  • As needed, oversee and lead the strategy and process of obtaining new licenses and/or establishing new jurisdictions;
  • To assist the technical team, analyse product requirements for existing and new markets;
  • Contribute to the certification process, which is carried out by third-party testing houses;
  • Manage test house complaints of bugs and product faults;
  • Keep corporate certification documents and registrations up to date;
  • Facilitate coordination between the test house and internal stakeholders about certification of platform and components;
  • Evaluating and analysing materials related to Remote Technical Standards;
  • Handle regulatory agencies' queries and demands by liaising between the Group's Technologies and the relevant regulatory authorities;
  • Establish proactive regulatory connections with important regulatory stakeholders and test houses that are robust, profitable, and long-lasting.
  • Experience in test house;
  • Jira, Confluence, GIT, and GITHUB experience is a bonus;
  • Experience with B2B gaming compliance issues in a variety of industries;
  • Good working relationship with the Malta Gaming Authority and other gaming regulators;
  • Experience with auditing;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in the i-gaming sector, including B2B regulatory licensing and product/technical compliance in a regulated environment.
