Scope of the job:  
As the Head of Technology, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the company's products technology primarily transforming and assuring a high level of standardization, speed, accessibility while assuring constant delivery of product implements of our two SCRUM teams together with a team of 14 consisting of 3 divisions (Development, DevOps and QA). 
Your challenge: 
  • Align yourself with the Heads of the other Departments
  • Evaluate the quality of ongoing initiatives and goals to transform our portfolio to up to date standards 
  • Define and coach on long-term and mid-term work priorities for the Tech Team  
  • Introduce the organization to innovative and top-notch technology and lead their implementation on our products and servers 
A taste of what you will be doing: 
  • Provide strategic leadership to a high performing team of Developers from various disciplines, DevOps and QAs 
  • Own the technical performance of the company’s products by maintaining and evolving it regularly 
  • Own the technological roadmap and align it with all operational stakeholders / Heads 
  • Overlook together with the Development Manager and Software QA the team that takes part in SCRUM 
  • Communicate closely with the COO

Who are you and what you need to succeed: 
  • Experience in under “Tech Structure” listed areas is essential 
  • Track record in successfully leading projects in the field of technological transformation, standardization, or speed/accessibility optimization 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head of Technology or other similar roles  
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to drive the Tech Strategy  
  • Degree or higher education  
  • Able to work in a fast moving and high-pressure environment  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Being able to adapt and change your approach accordingly, while working both independently and in a team 
  • Having Scrum knowledge and experience 
  • Having worked in a Scrum team and agile environment will be considered an asset 
  • Having any SCRUM certification will be considered an asset
