Duties:
- Deliver business intelligence solutions and provide thought leadership and technical consultation to the various stakeholders that the team supports.
- Develop user friendly dashboards and reports adapted to a heterogenous audience
- Management of the data platform self-service tool
- Innovate and find ways to generate value to our customers
- Support business with ad-hoc reporting requests and performing analysis
- Find ways to optimize the current data environment
- Write Complex SQL statements
- Share knowledge with the team and document findings
- Occasionally design and develop the ETL processes for the proposed data model and utilize them efficiently
Qualifications/Experience:
- University Degree. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business or technical area
- Proficiency. Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics. Preferably 3+ years of work experience
- Tools. Highly proficient with dashboarding tools such as QlikSense, Domo, Tableau or other enterprise tools
- Technical background. Solid technical background with a complete understanding of data base design and modelling using Redshift, MySQL, SQL Server or other relational databases
- Analytical Thinker. Passion for analytics and strong analytical abilities
- Teamwork. Experience in working closely with a data team or an analytics team
- Big Plus. Knowledge of Python is considered as an asset
- Language. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
