Our Client is seeking for an Head of Product accountable for the product performance of all digital brands; acting as a senior stakeholder in determining the strategic direction for the products, enabling the team to continuously improve and innovate for the longer term. 
 
Team management and overall responsibility for front and back end development and performance, operational delivery and product across the portfolio, whilst defining operating practices and procedures and delivering to targets within the P&L. Working closely with the marketing and development teams to define strategy and align on targets.
 
Main Accountability and Responsibilities 
 
  • Ownership of Product roadmaps and performance, ensuring KPI’s are kept front and center for product managers
  • Ownership of supplier relationships, ensuring strategies, roadmaps and promotional activities are communicated to and delivered by the product management team
  • Analysing KPI’s form a market, competitor and customer view, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency
  • Development of curation systems and procedures for product quality, ensuring what is presented to the customer is optimized
  • Ownership of the commercial KPI’s when it comes to product performance. Interfacing closely with the retention team to ensure campaigns are send in a timely and effective manner
  • Negotiating contracts and deals with suppliers to optimize support
  • Project management of key strategic initiatives in coordination with the Development team
  • Responsible for the overall management of the site and all user journeys including updating, optimising and high-level reporting to drive performance, solve problems and encourage improvement
  • Identify and drive the strategic development of product roadmap across the website, mobile and platform enabling the business to continually improve and innovate
  • Deliver senior stakeholder engagement in customer retention and reactivation ensuring close co-operation with CRM and Customer Operations
  • Key stakeholder engagement and collaboration with digital marketing, CRM, customer support and finance to ensure NGR and EBITDA delivery
  • Oversee player management to ensure issue resolution and preset strategies are being met by product vertical
  • Tracking and reporting any business issues/threats which may impact on the P&L and engaging with stakeholders across the business as required for resolutions
  • Produce and present weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with detailed analytics for senior management to ensure transparency of decisions made and KPI tracking
  • Build and develop an industry leading team through development, training and coaching, identifying areas that the company needs to augment and looking for opportunities for growth and enhanced performance
  • Lead the team by setting the highest standard in upholding integrity and ethical behavior
  • Testing and UAT on new projects set for delivery
Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications
 
  • A deep understanding with significant experience of the gaming industry and its development process, including strong competitive knowledge
  • Previous responsibility for broad KPIs, budgets and delivery of P&L across many product verticals
  • Knowledge and experience of the Casino and Bingo life-cycle and the drivers to increasing value within digital environment
  • Experience of effectively managing a network of internal and 3rd party relationships to achieve business outcomes
  • Knowledge and understanding of formulating and presenting a business case and business plan to a diverse audience
