Summary:
 
To be the main point of contact for all corporate IT issues in the company.
As part of a highly successful SME candidates will get the opportunity to branch out and acquire knowledge by supporting other business domains like data engineering, customer operations and product development. What you will be working on
Tasks
• Manage Azure AD and Office 365.
• Install and configure computer software.
• Provide technical support to staff (including overseas and remote).
• Access mapping and management of all technical systems.
• Implement IT security best-practices.
• Increase IT security awareness through training and monitoring.
• Coordinate software, and hardware procurement.

Goals
1. Acquire knowledge of all technical systems and data stores.
2. Highlight security concerns and implement corrective actions.
3. Manage and maintain accesses from onboarding to departure.
4. Support staff on all IT matters including weekend, holidays, and after-hours.
 
Experience/Skills:
 
• Troubleshooting and critical thinking.
• Hands-on, solution focused mind-set.
• Good communication.
Technical skills
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
• Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
