The Role:
The Senior Media Buyer manages the Media Buying team and handles key accounts on multiple networks. You will be responsible for the ROI generated from multiple Ad Networks by tracking key KPIs and implementing, expanding, creating, optimising, tracking, strategies through the business ecosystem. You will remotely manage a Junior Media Buyer as part of your team.
  • Build, plan and implement the Media Buying strategy to reach quarterly and annual gross-profit targets in line with company objectives.
  • Establishing KPIs for the Media Buying Team by setting objectives which contribute to the forecasted sales targets.
  • Learn and master in-house traffic management platforms.
  • Setting up campaigns from scratch on various RTB platforms, through traffic brokers, and directly with webmasters.
  • Run A/B tests and daily checks on all media buying accounts to determine optimisation efforts which are needed on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to improve conversions through Media buying channels.
  • Develop goals and objectives to promote growth and productivity for the media buyers within the team.
  • Maintaining sales volume and revenue/profit targets by keeping up to date with the dating industry, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Creating and optimizing campaigns on various ad networks on CPC/CPM business models.
  • Running split tests on creatives and landing pages in order to identify new convertible sources.
  • Working closely with Account Managers of ad networks to withstand a long and fruitful relationship, as well meet the ROI KPIs.
  • Providing periodical (daily, monthly, quarterly) reports for accounts under his/her supervision.
  • Creating and optimizing campaigns on Voluum tracking solution, or other tracking systems as required.
  • Meeting key KPI goals and targets set by the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Consistently recruit new traffic sources and build a valuable relationship with all of their representatives.
  • Test and continuously optimise new and different traffic sources.
  • Ensuring that all commercial agreements with Media Buying partners are adhered to.
  • Keeping an eye on industry trends and changes in customer habits.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Media Buyer.
  • Experience with Online Dating business models is a plus
  • Team and personnel management.
  • Thorough understanding of traffic buying commercial models (CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA)
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Experience in managing and working with remote teams.
  • Proficient in Voluum and other tracking platforms.
  • Basic Graphic Design skills are a plus
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
