I'm looking for customer centric European Customer Account Advisor to join the Customer Service team supporting the company’s loyal customers via email, live chat and phone support at

With 10 weeks on the job classroom and “real time” training provided at the

Providing positive and personalized support to the loyal customers via Live Chat,
telephone and email.
Reviewing, taking ownership and liaising with other internal departments to

Upskilling and maintaining knowledge of all policies, procedures and customer

Fluent/Native verbal and written communication in Dutch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
