Duties & Responsibilities:

● Be the link between the business and Optimove, making sure that we are up to date with all the features they offer, maintaining a good relationship between the two parties.
● Be an advocate and supporter for internal stakeholder to deliver a holistic CRM solution that solves their business problems and accelerates the business forward
● Clearly articulate product decisions to users, the product team, internal stakeholders, and engineers
● Work closely with the product owner and project managers to deliver CRM product improvements
● Develop an ongoing training, implementation and communications plan to drive consistent
and effective use and understanding of the CRM across teams.
● Manage integrations between the CRM and other marketing, sales, production and finance systems.
● Oversee the CRM steering group and regular stakeholder meetings to ensure that knowledge is shared amongst different departments. Work with the senior leadership team to maximise value derived from the CRM.
● Business Needs - Understand how internal and external users interact with the CRM and the value they gain from it. Identify and document product fixes, modifications, and new features that are requested or observed as needed or wanted.
● CRM Operations Team Partnership - Collaborate with the CRM operations staff to define, design, accept, adapt and roll out features for their benefit. Ensure new features are supportable and maintainable by the CRM operations staff.
