Our client is seeking a Sales Manager (Eastern Europe / Whestern Europe / Latam&USA) who can be part of their Team. The Company is a leader in the B2B virtual sports software developer, offering the most realistic, robust, and reliable virtual sports product in the market.
Role Responsibilities
  • Gain and maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape of your territory.
  • Search your territory for potential customers and determine the potential value of each.
  • Analyse targets to develop a customised strategy to sell into them, utilising input from marketing, account management, product, and product implementation. 
  • Quantifying staged implementation, recurring payments, roll-out of road-mapped new products and expansion of utilisation into other geographies will be critical.
  • Identify the channels into the target and the best way to open dialogues using your own network and leveraging the company network.
  • Open multiple sales dialogues with targets at an appropriate variety of levels leveraging your own network and that of the company.
  • Demonstrate and present how the company products can best serve customers’ unique needs through demonstrations, onsite meetings, responding to information requests or pricing and preparing sales proposals and presentations.
  • Close sales to ensure that company targets are met.
  • Work with Account Management to ensure that an on-going high-value relationship with a new customer is built.
  • Study customers who use our competitor products and sell them a company product usage strategy which addresses value added and high customer engagement, returns and customer brand satisfaction.
  • Work with marketing and brand to ensure that the company is promoted in the right way to end-users, potential customers and administrative bodies.
  • Represent The company at conferences and expos to represent the brand and sell the product through talks, speaking panels and sales-oriented meetings.
Experience Requested
  •  5+ years of B2B software sales experience, at least 2 of which must be to customers in [NW EU / E EU / LATAM & USA]
  • Experience of selling a B2B product which required a central sell and then a roll-out to a widely distributed network of physical locations (retail networks) would be of advantage.
  • Evidence of serially creating custom sales approaches which deliver long term relationships.
  • Knowledge of the core customer group (gambling B2C operators with a retail channel) is not essential but could be of advantage.
  • Success in the role will require working across the organisation and a demonstrable record of building rapport and collaborate relationships with others within the company and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills (numeric and data), strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are a must to have.
