What will you be doing:
  • Inspiring and leading your own dedicated team of CRM Managers spanning several markets and brands, to deliver to players the World’s Greatest iGaming Experience.
  • Continuously optimize local retention strategies and tactical implementations.
  • Leading and coordinating the planning and execution cycle for all of your team’s retention activities.
  • Ensure effective communication within the Retention Marketing team and across the organisation.
  • Leverage automation to deliver relevant and engaging content and campaigns throughout the player lifecycle.
  • Leverage personalisation through data and tools to improve our player experience.
  • Be the owner of all customer touchpoints: Adhoc, Journeys & Automation, Onsite Campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze, optimize and report on retention activities performance with your direct team, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver cost effective campaigns by taking ownership of the bonus cost and its continuous optimization.
  • Increase the in-house knowledge of players by gathering customer feedback through surveys and by planning and executing regular AB tests; ultimately implementing said winners in your markets.
  • Monitor and react to markets’ performances, to always strive towards reaching targets in-line with budgets.
  • Proactively nurture cross-team collaboration within the Retention Teams for alignment, as well as for leveling up skill sets through knowledge-sharing.
