As a software developer, you will be responsible for improving the middle office system that manages the trading activities of the company. You will be part of a small team of five developers and one dev ops engineer who work in a relaxed atmosphere. The company trades a variety of products, including Futures, options, T-bills, FX, IRS, TRS, Equities, and ETFs, so you will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of these products. A willingness to learn is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Working closely with business stakeholders, such as traders, operations, compliance, and risk, throughout the organization to own specific projects or issues from start to finish
• Development and maintenance of the core in-house platform that manages all trade operation post-execution, including reporting, risk, P&L, and operations.
• Unit testing, assisting with user testing, and overseeing the production release cycle
• Troubleshooting and providing support to other business units when needed.

• SQL
Previous experience with these technologies is required.
