A warranted lawyer in Malta, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years post qualification experience.
  
Work comprises non-contentious matters, more particularly a broad range of corporate work.

Duties will include the purchase and sale of companies, liquidations and dealing with ongoing regulatory and administrative concerns.
