Specialist recruitment company, providing international coverage and support around the Globe within the energy sector seeks Finance Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Preparation and posting of sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise courteously with customers, clients, suppliers, creditors, and other stakeholders as necessary.
• Debtor chasing, daily updating of accounts receivables, and preparation of collections report.
• Prepare bank payments, bank queries, and similar matters.
• Bank postings and reconciliations.
• Preparation of accounting reconciliations as necessary.
• Filing of documentation in an orderly manner.
• Carry out other general accounting duties as may be required.
• Support the group audit process.

The ideal candidate should have:

•  Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Possess multi-tasking and analytical skills as well as an eye for detail.
• Be highly organized and must have a can-do attitude.
• Meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Knowledgeable of MS Office Excel.
• Have a minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally in the initial stages of ACCA, or A-level standard
•  Fluent in Maltese and English
