Develop, lead and train a team of Operations Analysts
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and any suppliers
Provide monthly team performance and other operational reporting including KPIs, as may be required
Provide appropriate support to customers, merchants and distributors
Support with the management and monitoring of day-to-day operations to ensure compliant daily operations handling, such as transaction monitoring, KYC verifications and other AML driven processes and procedures
Support with operational issues which may arise, initiate corrective actions and ensure follow up to completion
Support with identifying and implementing appropriate operational controls and processes in line with regulatory requirements, as well proposing improvements to current work practices with a focus on automation
Support with the creation of procedural documentation for the team as well as regular re-assessment of the same to ensure all documentation is always up to date
Support and/or lead ad-hoc tasks or projects
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification - essential
Experience working in an online, fintech or fast-moving industry
Experience in developing and leading operational teams
Experience in working in customer support, compliance and/or operational departments in Banking/Payments
