• 1-2 years experience working with Casino Product
• Strong technical skills and experience analysing data

With three casinos already in our portfolio and more on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about gaming and thrives in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who will primarily focus on the acquisition and retention side of the product and has strong technical skills to read and analyse data.
 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Product and cross-functional teams to bring our product vision to life and create memorable experiences for our players. Responsibilities:
● Work alongside our Director of Product to develop a product vision and roadmap that
aligns with our business goals and excites players
● Utilize player feedback to create user stories that maximize product value and enhance
player experiences
● Ensure that the team follows the product roadmap and strategy to achieve product goals
and meet business KPIs
● Implementing appropriate analytics, tracking, and KPIs to analyse player behaviour and
guide product optimization
● Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize
acquisition and retention strategies
● Defining detailed specification and requirements for Product development;
● Collaborate closely with our team of developers to ensure that features are delivered on
time and to the highest quality standards
● Keeping stakeholders informed about the progress of deliverables, timelines, and
distributing any release notes
● Partner with our UX/UI, marketing, and customer support teams to provide a seamless
and enjoyable experience for our players
 
Requirements:
● You have a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player needs and
preferences in the Online Casino sphere
● You have strong technical skills and experience analysing data to drive business
decisions
● You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
● You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive, can-do attitude;
● Experience with Crypto integrated iGaming solutions is a plus
● You have a proven track record of delivering successful products that drive acquisition and retention.
