I'm looking for customer centric European Customer Account Advisor to join the Customer Service team supporting the company’s loyal customers via email, live chat and phone support at their offices in sun drenched Malta.
With 10 weeks on the job classroom and “real time” training provided at the
beginning and ongoing throughout your time in the company, within an energetic and
multicultural office environment, you will work in the operations team assisting the

telephone and email.

Upskilling and maintaining knowledge of all policies, procedures and customer

Fluent/Native verbal and written communication in Danish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
