Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner/Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle and creating KPIs to measure success. The Product Owner/Manager will interact with internal and external stakeholders to create a seamless experience for end-users and merchants looking to go live on the platform or use the products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, detail and prioritize customer specifications and requirements.
• Define detailed product requirements based on high-level product roadmap and refine them through cross-department and stakeholder discussions.
• Align the Product roadmap with all stakeholders and contribute to the long-term vision.
• Document use cases to demonstrate the business value of product features.
• Work closely with UI/UX designer to define the best workflows.
• Act as a Product Owner across different Scrum teams and be the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Set and manage cross-functional team priorities and gracefully handle changes in priorities.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog items, write high-quality user-stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the teams, assist them to meet the objectives and provide feedback on the product increments.
• Work closely with Technical leads and Agile Project Managers to drive release planning and execution.
• Oversee the development stages, evaluate product progress and report it to stakeholders.
• Prepare product demos to stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute release notes for the product releases.
• Other job-related tasks required by the management team.

• Bachelor's degree (higher education) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a FinTech environment.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Experience with Project Management & Issue Tracking Tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent command of English.

Technical Skills:
• Product roadmap creation.
• User journeys and user stories definition.
• Stakeholder management.
• Understanding of customer, users, and products.
• Customer interviews, A/B testing, or other customer research techniques.
• Cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to propose impactful solutions to influence product roadmap.
