Finance Officer (6 month contract) - Maternity cover

An online casino specialist seeks a finance officer to join their team on  6-month contract, starting in July 2023.
 
The ideal candidate would demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
 
 
Main responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Process invoices
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Import and reconcile bank statements
• Participate in financial audits
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Assisting in other general duties as may be required by the finance department

 
Ideal Candidate: 

• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Ideally, experienced in using Xero Accounting Software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
