This manufacturing company employs over 200 staff across sites in Europe.
  
They have a global distribution network that spans more than 40 countries within North America, South America, Europe, and Northern Africa.
  
This is their first In-house Counsel role, necessary because of increased growth. The role entails managing external legal advice providers in Malta and across their different European locations.
  
The successful candidate will also deal with drafting and negotiating legal documents, managing external counsel and a wide range of other contentious and non-contentious matters.
