Define requirement for effective use of the CRM tools and its infrastructure
At least 3 years of online gaming experience in a similar role
Experience working with Optimove and / or FastTrack would be considered an asset
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the CRM activities provide an effective sales funnel and efficient retention process
Continuously analyzing CRM strategies and ensuring that they are fit for purpose and the goals of the organization
Managing the CRM and making sure that effective procedure are in place and that the team has the right tools to perform at their best abilities
Define requirement for effective use of the CRM tools and its infrastructure
Making sure the CRM activities are customer centered and maximized for the target groups of each brand
Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan
Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns
Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers
Ensuring return on investment through KPI’s and performance metrics
Coordinating projects by liaising with different department within the organization, ensuring timely and effective deliveries
Working closely with the marketing team to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM and onsite campaigns.
Undertaking any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time
