  • Define requirement for effective use of the CRM tools and its infrastructure
  • At least 3 years of online gaming experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with Optimove and / or FastTrack would be considered an asset
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that the CRM activities provide an effective sales funnel and efficient retention process
  • Continuously analyzing CRM strategies and ensuring that they are fit for purpose and the goals of the organization
  • Managing the CRM and making sure that effective procedure are in place and that the team has the right tools to perform at their best abilities
  • Define requirement for effective use of the CRM tools and its infrastructure
  • Making sure the CRM activities are customer centered and maximized for the target groups of each brand
  • Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan
  • Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns
  • Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers
  • Ensuring return on investment through KPI’s and performance metrics
  • Coordinating projects by liaising with different department within the organization, ensuring timely and effective deliveries
  • Working closely with the marketing team to provide guidance on how to maximize current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM and onsite campaigns.
  • Undertaking any other tasks as required by the Company from time to time
  • Manage the team to excellence
