Your role
  • Prepare and manage the periodical payrolls for a variety of clients;
  • Processing of various payroll reports requested by clients;
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data in the relevant payroll system;
  • Issue payroll-related documents as required by Law such as FS3, FS5, and FS7 forms;
  • Preparing and processing documents for newly engaged and terminated employees in a timely manner;
  • Maintain client confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
  • Engage in month-end consolidation and reconciliation and payment of payroll taxes as required;
  • Assisting in the invoicing and billing of the company's client
  • Maltese language skills are preferred.
  
About You
  • A’level standard of education;
  • A minimum of two (2) years of working experience in running payroll;
  • Hands-on experience with Shireburn Indigo shall be considered an asset;
  • Have good interpersonal skills - fluency in English and Maltese is a must whilst further languages, namely Italian, would be an advantage;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Highly organized with high attention to detail; and
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under strict deadlines.
