We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Executive to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone with experience in both brand management and product development, with a strong understanding of the interplay between the two. The Brand Executive will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing brand development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and brand alignment. Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with the target audience and differentiate our products from competitors.
- Managing the brand development process from ideation to launch, including conducting market research, developing brand positioning and messaging, and creating go-to-market plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand and product alignment and successful brand launches.
- Managing brand budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for brand and product initiatives, and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
- Collaborating with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers, to execute brand and product initiatives.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including advertising, social media, packaging, and in-store displays.
- Managing and mitigating brand reputation risks, including negative customer feedback and social media backlash
About you:- Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for branding, marketing, and product development.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Passionate sports enthusiast with a deep understanding of various sports, teams, and events.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create error-free, high-quality written content and graphics.
- Ability to effectively communicate brand and product messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in copywriting and graphic design, with experience using industry-standard tools and software.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders across Europe, utilising communication platforms like Slack, Monday, and Jira.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an asset
- 3+ years of experience in brand management and product development is a plus
