Reviewing regulatory newsletters;
Assistance on general compliance matters
Compilation of compliance requests from the Malta Compliance Officer, Banks and other service providers;
Compliance daily monitoring and other regulatory forms for the UK entity;
Assisting the MLRO in; - Compiling due diligence documentation for the Company, Directors and related entities upon request
Compiling due diligence documentation and testing for outsourced critical functions, AIFs under management, its delegates etc.
Follow up on quarterly staff declarations / notifications
Assistance during offsite compliance monitoring reviews
Understanding the compliance and regulatory requirements and assist in improving the administrative processes for a more efficient workflow.
Keeping abreast with regulatory changes and assistance on implementation of such changes 1
Miscellaneous tasks which will vary e.g. completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research
Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma in Law (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
