Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Affiliation team for optimal performance.
• Set team performance goals, fostering collaboration within and between departments.
• Drive the recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliate partners, nurturing existing relationships.
• Address affiliate inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Plan and optimize affiliate campaigns, continually monitoring performance and identifying new opportunities.
• Implement reporting systems for precise KPI tracking.
