Our client is an online lead generation firm specialising in generating high-quality leads in fiercely competitive sectors such as iGaming, Finance, Health, and Communications. The company concentrates on constructing top-tier websites with premium content that empowers customers to make well-informed decisions about the products they are considering purchasing or signing up for.
They are currently seeking a dynamic Sales/Account Manager
to assume responsibility for implementing the commercial strategy across various sectors and markets. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the iGaming industry. Prior experience with lead generation or affiliate marketing companies is deemed advantageous.Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing affiliate accounts, fostering strong relationships with commercial partners;
- Identifying and onboarding new partners while negotiating listing fees;
- Negotiating Fixed Fee, CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share deals with casino, sports, and esports brands to ensure a positive ROI;
- Collaborating with the product and content team to keep affiliate websites and channels updated with relevant content and offers;
- Expanding business with new and existing clients, identifying areas for improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Proactively seeking new ventures and ideas to generate additional revenue;
- Actively seeking and finalising agreements to maximise profits;
- Communicating progress on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, providing regular reports on account status;
- Reporting regularly on sales performance, affiliate accounts, and managed markets;
- Supporting and taking ownership of ad hoc projects aligning with the company's commercial strategy;
- Creating pitch decks and presentations;
- Attending conferences and industry events.
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Industry experience in iGaming, specifically Casino and/or Sports betting;
- Understanding of various commercial models: CPA, Hybrid, Revenue Share, CPC;
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset;
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure;
- Entrepreneurial mindset to support business growth;
- Strong English language skills (knowledge of any other European language is an additional asset).
