For this vacancy we are looking for a structured right hand for the Head of Retention, who already has experience in the iGaming branche and/or is familiar with CRM.
Someone who will work from start to finish to create, manage and optimize automated customer lifecycles. Someone who can take care of the customers and identify where important customer touchpoints are located. Someone who, through business decisions, can increase the CLV. You'll work closely with the in-house creative and CRM teams to design and deliver tactical marketing campaigns.
