About the Role: Customer Support Agent with Finnish Language Skills
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients' Finnish customer base. As the frontline support, you will troubleshoot issues and provide prompt solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

The position is based in Malta,

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Agent:
  • Provide customer assistance and resolve issues for the Finnish-speaking players through live chat and email.
  • Assist and guide customers on the website, aiding with navigation, account creation, and management.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Payments & Fraud, to uphold a secure and trustworthy gaming environment.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and communicate essential information to relevant departments.
What are we looking for:
  • Fluency in Finnish and English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming industry or a similar fast-paced online service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
  • A team player who excels in both collaborative and independent work settings.
  • Adaptability to work various shifts, including late evenings and weekends, to cater to the global customer audience.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Patience and empathy to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
