A growing B2B iGaming software development company is currently recruiting for an experienced Agile Project Coordinator with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Agile working practices including sprint cycles, daily standups, scrum frameworks, etc.
The role would be ideal for:
  • Persons a technical background who would like to move away from day-to-day coding
  • Persons with a tech-related University degree
  • Persons already occupying a similar role within the Tech or iGaming sectors
  • Persons with experience managing SDLCs and a thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies
Most of the companies' software developers are based in Malta although some are working remotely. For Malta-based candidates, role can by hybrid to allow for contact with the devs teams.

4x Agile Project Coordinators reporting to a Head of Technical Projects (based in Malta)
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between internal/external clients and facilitate clear communication between them and the company's software development teams.
  2. Collaborate with account managers and product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and budgets using Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  4. Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
  5. Continuously assess and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimizing processes and methodologies.
  8. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including customers, account managers, and product owners.
  9. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within Agile environments.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
  3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with various IT project management methodologies.
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
