Role Objectives
Being proficient in operating all gaming systems employed by National Lottery, as well as other ancillary systems, to ensure smooth operations of the organisation, whilst actively contributing in its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating the Gaming Systems

Operating the lottery system, sports betting and slot machines back office systems

Back office configurations

Retailer, equipment, attendants’ configurations

Performing draw procedures

Daily procedures and monitoring

Operating and maintaining testing/staging environment

Maintaining and enhancing team procedures and checklists

Providing Technical and Second Line Support

Provide Technical and Second line support to NL Support and Field Support technicians

Perform remote technical troubleshooting

Main point of contact for issue escalation to Third Parties
Operating multimedia and other ancillary systems

Operating and maintaining retail display solution

Uploading and scheduling multimedia content on retail display solution
Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT)

Testing of Lottery gaming system changes

Testing of retail terminals’ software releases

Testing of back office system changes

Testing of internal applications and 3rd party integrations
