Monitors, maintains and oversees IT related systems
Participates in an on-call roster to provides support on urgent related requests
Configures and maintains the company internal network and Internet connectivity
Installs and upgrades back-office systems
Interacts with departments to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner
Escalates technical related issues and liaise with hardware and software vendors
Logs everyday IT problems and resolutions
Document departmental procedures and standards
Education & minimum qualifications
IT-related diploma or related certifications.
Between 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
