You will be responsible for managing an important portfolio of private clients for whom you will manage corporate and trust structures. 

Your role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with UBOs, clients, family offices, and business introducers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of UBOs, clients, and others, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Analyze proposed transactions from legal, tax, and corporate perspectives, providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage client transactions and restructuring projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Advise the board of directors on client transactions.
  • Review and draft commercial, corporate, and governance documentation.
  • Administer legal and trust structures, including entity formation and dissolution primarily in Malta.
  • Assist the client relationship team with accounting and tax matters.
  • Oversee AEoI assessment and reporting.
  • Ensure optimal performance of direct reports.
  • Coordinate with the client accounting team to resolve issues.
  • Collect necessary KYC/CDD documentation, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage client databases.
  • Collaborate with client relationship and accounting teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay informed of local legislation and compliance requirements.
About you:
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working within the TCSP, accounting, tax or audit sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios of entities ultimately owned by UHNW families 
  • Direct operational experience of international structures and private clients 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations 
  • Strong team player with dynamic organization experience, adept at stakeholder management. 
  • Effective communicator. 
  • Strong leadership, ethics, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Hands-on approach. 
  • Ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively. 
  • Doctor of Laws/Master of Advocacy
