Job Summary:

Our client is in search of a highly motivated individual to bolster their CRM team, ensuring a deep understanding of their customers' motivations and needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at building insights and seamlessly integrating them into a robust sportsbook communication strategy. Utilizing expertise to engage customers effectively, address product aspirations, and optimize retention, reactivation, engagement, customer satisfaction, and customer ARPU. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional with a minimum of 2 years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry, passionate about sports, for our Malta office. The Senior CRM Sportsbook Executive will be instrumental in crafting and executing tailored CRM strategies for the sportsbook vertical, with a particular focus on the Belgian market. This role entails crafting targeted communication strategies across diverse channels and driving player engagement through data-driven decisions, reporting directly to the Head of Retention Marketing.

  • Develop short and long-term sportsbook CRM strategies in collaboration with the CRM Sports Executive;
  • Collaborate with the CRM Sports Executive to devise communication strategies and calendars across all CRM channels;
  • Liaise closely with CRM Operational Executive(s) to ensure timely testing and execution of plans;
  • Maintain and optimize the lifecycle management tool and target groups, ensuring alignment with CRM strategies and objectives;
  • Provide operational support as necessary, ensuring seamless implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns across channels;
  • Ensure on-site widgets & campaigns meet quality standards through regular daily checks;
  • Work closely with the BI team to initiate research for customer insights;
  • Deploy the promotion budget efficiently through robust planning, execution, and analysis;
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and enhance engagement;
  • Craft compelling campaign copy;
  • Preferred experience with CRM platforms such as XtremePush and Optimove;
  • Proficiency in French or Dutch considered an asset;
  • Oversee the delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in collaboration with the CRM Sports Executive;
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement of CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English, with proficiency in copywriting for CRM campaigns;
  • Minimum of 2 years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry, preferably in Sportsbook;
  • Strong understanding of sports and betting markets, especially in the Belgian context;
  • Proficient in CRM tools and analytics platforms, with experience in segmentation, targeting, and campaign management;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data effectively;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies;
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
