Job Summary:
Our client is a progressive product and tech-focused gaming company operating multiple brands in the international gaming market. This project will offer the opportunity to join a small team at the ground level with the fast-paced and exciting environment of a start-up coupled with the experience, security and leadership of an established business which has been in operation for over 40 years.
The role will have responsibility for scaling profitability in existing core markets and getting to profitability in new markets. . The company need someone passionate about improving performance and delivering change with a data focused approach. You will be expected to include all key variables when calculating ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze market trends to adjust strategies, ensuring maximum ROI in both unregulated and regulated iGaming markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending across all channels.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the iGaming industry, with proficient knowledge of regulated and unregulated markets (B2C).
  • Proficiency in all digital marketing channels, with a focus on reporting ROI across various platforms. Experience in affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and programmatic media is essential, with SEO expertise being advantageous.
  • Strong analytical acumen, capable of interpreting intricate data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with prior experience in team management and motivation.
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing impactful marketing strategies, resulting in tangible business growth.
