Job Summary:

 The Head of Performance Marketing will lead our marketing initiatives by leveraging an extensive understanding of all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of strategizing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the iGaming industry, showcasing proficiency in both unregulated and regulated markets.

While the primary focus will be on advancing our online strategy and operations (B2C), the role also involves managing a portfolio that includes retail B2C, online B2C, and B2B brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze market trends to adjust strategies, ensuring maximum ROI in both unregulated and regulated iGaming markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending across all channels.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a thorough understanding of both unregulated and regulated markets (B2C).
  • Expertise in all digital marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, PPC, and social media. SEO experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing and inspiring a team.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in measurable growth.
