Overview:

Our client, a leading gaming company in the Irish market, is seeking a CRM Executive to join their team. This role will play a pivotal part in executing marketing strategies for both retail and online brands, contributing to our client's growth trajectory in the gaming sector. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Retention, the CRM Executive will oversee the implementation of the promotional roadmap and contribute to the overall CRM strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of the CRM plan with guidance from the Retention Manager.
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating customer segments to optimize targeting and engagement.
  • Implementing personalized customer journeys across all segments and channels, managing communication timings effectively.
  • Managing the promotional calendar and creating compelling campaign content using CMS tools.
  • Ensuring optimal visibility of promotions through strategic management of banners, game placements, and overall campaign visibility.
  • Conducting QA testing, troubleshooting customer journey issues, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Providing weekly reports on customer lifecycle performance and implementing optimization plans, focusing on metrics like deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and reactivation strategies aligned with overarching goals.
  • Collaborating closely with customer support teams to address feedback and enhance retention features within our products.
  • Conducting regular competitor research to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in CRM or related roles.
  • Proven track record in creating and managing customer journeys.
  • Experience with retention strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with automation/CRM tools implementation. 
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the gaming/gambling industry with knowledge of Casino and Sportsbook products.
