Job Overview:

Reporting to the business owners and working closely with the COO, the Head of VIP will be responsible for planning and implementing the VIP acquisition and retention strategy. The goal is to increase VIPs' lifetime value (LTV) and retention rate.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement the VIP strategy, ensuring high-rollers choose and remain loyal to our client.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIPs, collaborating closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure top-quality service.
• Negotiate VIP deals and offers.
• Organize and coordinate VIP offers and dedicated VIP events.
• Work with the CRM Team to define VIP CRM journeys.
• Benchmark against competitors' VIP programs and drive key changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Identify potential VIPs early in the customer journey.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a VIP Account Management (or similar) role within the gambling industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent social skills with the ability to build long-standing relationships with clients.
• Experience working in non-regulated markets.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies is essential, with the ability to read the chain to identify potential VIPs.
