A well established Insurance company is looking to hire a Operations Officer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:- Input trade details into Bloomberg and raise trade contract notes.
- Perform cash and intercompany reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve trade and settlement breaks.
- Conduct FX trading and active trade settlement.
- Collect Client Due Diligence.
- Maintain databases, client files, and banking processes.
- Handle client queries, issue dividend/coupon payments, and process purchases/sales.
- Process local trades on the Malta Stock Exchange.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a financial operations role is preferable.
- Candidates with Administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English and Maltese.
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
