Technical Compliance Officer - Dutch speaking

Role Description
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and technical compliance, managing compliance processes, utilizing analytical skills, communicating effectively.
  
• Master technical compliance requirements for several jurisdictions ensure that all the internal tools are up-to-date with the latest applicable version of the requirements and provide interpretation and guidance as appropriate.
• Liaise with testing labs and game providers for the issuance of the Company’s technical reports and certifications.
• Write IT-related policies.
• Discuss technical requirements to the Product and Tech teams.
• Support and closely cooperate with the internal teams to address findings and incidents.
• Support the internal teams with replies to technical compliance queries.
• Advise and support the group during technical certifications and compliance audits.
• Manage regulator issues and requests, as well as internal tasks.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance on new products and ideas.
• Contribute to improving and consolidating the Compliance posture of the Group.
• Monitor and assess changing requirements in new and existing markets, and ensure timely analysis and announcements to internal teams.
• Contribute to promoting a compliance culture within the organization.
• Assist with other compliance-related tasks if and as required.
  
  
  
Qualifications
  

• Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
• Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication abilities
• 5 years experience in technical Compliance
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
• Dutch language proficiency is required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• High Attention to detail.
