A large iGaming operator are looking for a Head of Operations for one of their Malta-based subsidiaries. This is a key role within the organization and a chance to shape the strategy and future of the company.
What you will do On a day-to-day basis, your role will involve leading and mentoring a diverse team of locally based Customer Service, Risk & Fraud and Payments specialists. You will also be responsible for creating an overarching strategy for the Operations team to ensure there is ample resource be able to support the organizations continued growth.
You will have financial acumen to be able to set and adhere to department budgets and work the Financial Controller to align them with the company’s global targets
Who you are
iGaming experience, ideally in a similar role
Ability to manage and motivate large groups of people with different skillsets coming from different backgrounds
Experience of working within an Operations department
Ability to work as part of a large organization
Ability to champion teams needs to senior management
