With growth on the horizon, they’re seeking a data-driven Player Acquisition & Retention Manager to expand their player community and enhance loyalty among crypto enthusiasts.

The Role:

As the Player Acquisition & Retention Manager, you will be a central force in driving player growth and engagement across the platform. This role involves designing and executing strategies to attract new players while fostering loyalty among existing users. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams, you’ll craft data-driven campaigns that boost player lifetime value and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Player Acquisition: Devise and deploy digital marketing strategies to attract new players via channels like SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, affiliate partnerships, and influencer networks;
  • Retention & Engagement: Develop loyalty programs, CRM campaigns, personalized promotions, and gamification tactics to maximize player engagement and lifetime value;
  • Affiliate Marketing: Cultivate and manage affiliate relationships to drive high-quality traffic and expand the affiliate network;
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and enhance player acquisition and retention. Regularly report on key metrics such as conversion rates, retention rates, and ROI;
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and a smooth player experience;
  • Innovative Player Journeys: Craft unique player experiences by integrating crypto solutions with entertainment and rewards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3-5+ years in player acquisition, retention, or growth marketing, ideally within online gaming, crypto casino, or iGaming industries;
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and crypto payment systems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum);
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media) and CRM systems;
  • Hands-on experience in managing affiliate programs and partnerships to maximize performance;
  • Data-driven approach with experience in tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to optimize campaigns;
  • Genuine interest in player behavior and creating impactful engagement and retention experiences.
